Beginnings are important moments. They give us hope, and excitement, and some fear of the unknown. We have expanded our work family to include the new Administrative Assistant for the South District, Cynthia Holly. I hope you will take a moment this month to welcome her.
Cynthia was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and has been living in Phoenix for twenty-nine years. Her family includes her husband, Doug, four adult children: Cara, Mary, Ruth, and John, and her two grandchildren, Bentley and Ashton. She has been working in the local church in Phoenix as an Administrative Assistant for many years. Cynthia loves to read, color, hike, meet with friends, play with her grandchildren, and spend time with God.
Cynthia is a trained Spiritual Director, Stephen Minister and Lay Counselor. Her passion is listening to the stories of people in her life, and watching as they discover answers to their questions from deep within.
I am sure you will enjoy getting to know Cynthia one on one. She will be working remotely from Phoenix, and will be coming down to Tucson to meet you at Soul Café, and other events, on a regular basis. The South District office number is the same, and Cynthia’s email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Feel free to contact her about questions you may have, or to just give her a welcome call/email.
If I could describe Cynthia in three words so far, I would say she is: peace, wisdom, and grace. I look forward to getting to know her more, and I know you will help her “beginnings” with us be joyful.
Faith, hope, & love,
