Talking Climate Change

The Desert Southwest Conference Board of Church and Society’s Earth Care Task Force is encouraging Methodists in the South District to join Dr. Katharine Hayhoe, an atmospheric scientist at Texas Tech University, as she explores pathways to a productive discussion about climate change: moving past the smokescreens to address the real objections and beginning conversations with values we share, rather than facts we disagree on.
