Nick Hiratsuka, an Eagle Scout from Boy Scout Troop 229 at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Tucson, produced a 30-minute film called, “It’s Not Just a Joke,” as his Eagle Scout project. The film earned him the Good Samaritan Award from United Methodist Men and is available online for church or community groups to share and help stop cyberbullying among youth.
