Community Homeless Memorial Service at Hope UMC

Hope United Methodist Church in Bullhead City, AZ will host a Community Homeless Memorial Service on Friday, December 8th at 6:00 p.m.  Churches, organizations and the city of Bullhead will come together to remember those in the community who passed from this life without a proper memorial.

The service will also be sponsored by the Mayor of Bullhead City, River Cities Resource Center, Catholic Charities, Calvary Chapel, St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, Praise Chapel and Community Lutheran Church. North District Superintendent Rev. Daniel Morley will offer the greeting and opening prayer, Rev. Michael Higgs will preside over the service, and Pastor Robin Lee along with city officials will give messages of Hope.  Other churches in the community are also expected to attend.

One or two buses will bring in the homeless and those from around the community who are without transportation to the service. The sponsoring churches will provide a dinner after the service.
