Steve James offers suggestions for reaching new people after Christmas.

Steve James is a coach and consultant who has served as pastor of churches in urban, suburban and small town settings, planted a new church, provided leadership as conference director. He led the Congregational Research and Development Team for 10 years before becoming the Director of Congregational Development for the Western North Carolina Conference.

Steve has devoted a substantial portion of his ministry to equip congregations to more effectively reach out to underrepresented generations. He has extensive experience in coaching and consulting in all areas of life and ministry with pastors and laity in new and existing churches across the country. Steve is also associated with Griffith Coaching and Passion In Partnership.
