Rebuild teams are desperately needed after Hurricane Harvey south of Victoria, Texas.

FEMA is paying housing, travel, and food for UMC volunteers with construction skills to fly to Saipan for a three-week commitment.

The Blackfoot Tribe in NW Montana has requested Early Response Teams and Rebuild Teams from UMCOR and the Western Jurisdiction after the roads open from multiple blizzards. Snowfall totals are exceeding 40′ this season, including 14’ of snow in February. Heavy flooding is expected in April.

Six Team Leader training classes are scheduled for March and April, given by Mike Eyers.
