Ushers are needed for Annual Conference. If you are looking for a way to be involved at Annual Conference, here’s your opportunity. Ushers distribute materials, collect offerings, and assist (as needed) members of the Conference staff. Ushers have a short training on Wednesday evening (June 13) to go over Annual Conference events, then they arrive about 20 minutes prior to each session to distribute materials. Ushers may sit at the usher table in the rear or with their delegation. At the close of Conference on Sunday, ushers assist in packing up (which usually lasts about 1/2 hour).
