The Rev. N. Susan Brims, Missional Strategist and Superintendent of the East District, announced that Bishop Robert T. Hoshibata intends to appoint Pastor Christopher Wurpts as the associate pastor of Paradise Valley United Methodist Church in Paradise Valley, Arizona, effective August 1, 2018 per paragraph 318.1 of the 2016 Book of Discipline. Pastor Wurpts is currently the Youth Ministries Director at Paradise Valley UMC. Please pray for Pastor Wurpts and Paradise Valley UMC during this time of transition.
