The Rev. N. Susan Brims, Missional Strategist and Superintendent of the East District, announced that Bishop Robert T. Hoshibata intends to appoint Gary Williams as part-time pastor of Journey United Methodist Fellowship in Maricopa, AZ, effective July 1, 2019 per paragraph 318.2 in the 2016 United Methodist Book of Discipline. Gary is currently serving as a Certified Lay Minister at Mesquite United Methodist Church in Mesquite, NV. Please pray for Gary Williams, his wife Ann, Journey UMF of Maricopa, and Mesquite UMC during this time of transition.
