Hoshibata appointed Pastor Janet Culbertson as the part time local pastor of Youngtown United Methodist Church in Youngtown, AZ, effective August 27, 2019 per paragraph 318.2 of the 2016 United Methodist Book of Discipline.
Pastor Culbertson was serving as the Lay Person Assigned to Youngtown UMC. We celebrate with Pastor Culbertson and Youngtown UMC on her licensing as a local pastor.and for Youngtown United Methodist Church during this transition.
