GRIEF WORKSHOP NOVEMBER 23, 2019
This time of year as the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays approach can be difficult for people who have experienced loss. There will be offered to North District Churches/and friends a grief workshop Saturday, November 23, 2019. Please make this information available to your congregation.

Session l: Navigating a Life in Grief
From 9:30am – 12:30pm . Grief forever
changes you. There is no “right” way to
grieve, but there are ways to cope with the
pain. This workshop is for all people who
have experienced a loss (or many losses)
which may lead to grief.
You will be introduced to some Coping tools
to help you navigate through your grief.
Lunch will be offered for $10 each
Session ll: From Grief to Hope
From 1:30 – 3:30pm. Everyone grieves
differently, and healing happens at its own
pace. There is no normal! We will use some
writing tools to work through the process of
moving into a new life of Hope.
