The Rev. N. Susan Brims, Missional Strategist and Superintendent of the East District, announced that Bishop Robert T. Hoshibata intends to appoint Rev. Tom Kiracofe as the pastor (serving less than full time) at Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Phoenix, AZ effective November 15, 2019 per paragraph 357.6 of the 2016 United Methodist Book of Discipline.
Rev. Ruth Blum, currently appointed as the pastor (serving less than full time) to Aldersgate UMC, will transition to serve solely in her appointment at Willowbrook UMC in Sun City, Arizona.
