Available spots for mission volunteer placements

Mission Volunteers are individuals or couples (ages 18 and up), who seek long-term partnerships with communities around the world. Mission Volunteer opportunities are diverse and range from working with refugees, children and youth, serving as a teacher, pastor, camp director or health care professional. The length of service ranges from two months to more than two years.

Current Mission Volunteer placement openings with immediate need:

Nepal- United Mission to Nepal

Tansen Tutorial Group, a multi-aged classroom environment for children of expatriate missionaries who are volunteering at United Mission Hospital Tansen, is seeking an assistant tutorial teacher. The assistant teacher will manage the classroom, further develop curriculum, and evaluate and test children.

Alaska- Birchwood Camp

Birchwood Camp, a year-round camp and retreat center is seeking volunteers responsible for hosting the guest groups and campers, assisting in the overall camp operation, and some office work.

Upcoming Training: February 5-8 2020 in Biloxi, MS
