The Rev. Mark Conrad, Missional Strategist and Superintendent of the South District, announced that Bishop Robert T. Hoshibata intends to appoint the Rev. Susan Holden as associate pastor of Desert Skies United Methodist Church – Vail Campus, Tucson AZ, effective July 1, 2020. Rev. Holden currently serves as pastor of Journey UMC in Las Vegas, NV.

The Rev. Nancy Cushman, Missional Strategist and Superintendent of the West District, announced that she intends to assign Gina Pollard as lay person assigned to City Square UMF and Primera Iglesia Metodista Unida in Phoenix, AZ less than full-time, effective July 1, 2020 per ¶ 205.4 of the 2016 United Methodist Book of Discipline.

On April 19, 2020, the Rev. Court Fischer announced on Facebook the difficult decision to move to Kansas City, MO where his wife was offered a wonderful career opportunity. He is awaiting news of an appointment in the Missouri Conference.
