November apportionment receipts declined 0.3% compared to historical averages and stayed level compared to last year.  For the first eleven months of 2020, our churches contributed 66.0% of their apportionments.  This was 1.9% (and $217,000) below last year and 6.7% below our average apportionment contributions through November for the last 10 years.  At this rate, we project year-end apportionment receipts of about 77%.

Apportionment receipts through November are shown graphically as follows:

Apportionments are a way to look beyond just ourselves.  They support great connectional ministries like urban ministries, campus ministries, camps, new church starts, missionaries, and many, many more.  Please continue to do all that you can to help our churches and our ministries continue to change lives by contributing apportionments as fully as possible in the last month of 2020.  Help us avoid the large drop-off we experienced at year-end last year.

NOTE THAT ALL 2020 APPORTIONMENT REMITTANCES MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE CONFERENCE OFFICE BY MONDAY, JANUARY 11, 2021.

Thanks again for your commitment.  It truly provides financial stability for our connectional programs to work.
