Summer Camp Registration Open

Registration for Summer Camp is open!  We have new and exciting camp sessions planned for 2021 and would love to have your children and youth join us at camp this summer!  Campers registered in January will receive a free camp gift:  Potosi campers will receive a special camp decal and Mingus campers will receive a camp sweatshirt!  To register or learn more about Mingus Mountain Summer Camps, click here.  To register or learn more about Potosi Pines Summer Camps, click here.

Applications for Summer Camp Staff at Mingus Mountain and Potosi Pines will be available mid-January.  Please check the Mingus Mountain and Potosi Pines Facebook pages mind-January for details and to apply.

Potosi Pines Unwrap the Gift Campaign 

The Potosi Pines Unwrap the Gift fundraiser was a huge success! Thanks to our wonderful camp family, Potosi Pines received over 62 donations, “unwrapping” the generous combined gift of $16,000, donated by four anonymous Potosi supporters.  If you did not have a chance to participate in this fundraiser and would like to do so, please click here.

Mingus Mountain Alumni Staff Reunion

Ever served on Summer Staff at Mingus?  This online event is for YOU!!  Join us via Zoom on Friday, January 22nd from 7-9:00 pm for fun, fellowship, and the opportunity to connect with some of your camp friends!  It doesn’t matter what year or session, just that you served.  Meet up with old friends and make new ones!  Sign up for the event and the Zoom link and password will be emailed to you.  Can’t wait to catch up with you!!

Winter is the perfect time to visit our camps – cool weather, crisp mountain air, the possibility of snow………  and DSC Camp & Retreat Ministries has a number of opportunities for you to experience the beauty of God’s Creation at Mingus Mountain and Potosi Pines Camps!

Family Cabin Rentals at Mingus Mountain

Come enjoy the beauty of Mingus Mountain Camp by booking a family cabin rental! Family cabin rentals are available Wednesday through Sunday for the following fees:

– VIP Rooms $75/night – 2 single beds, linens included, private restroom, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker.  Grill available.
– Retreat Cabin $150/night – 6 bedrooms, 12 beds available, bring your own linens, 2 restrooms, kitchen with oven/stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, large gathering area with fireplace.

Family Day Hikes at Camp

Self guided Family Day Hikes are available at both camps!  Enjoy nature, beautiful views, stunning flora, and maybe even some fauna,  at Mingus Mountain and Potosi Pines. Day hikes are available Wednesday – Sunday from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm for a cost of $12 and are limited to 5 family groups per day.  Preregistration is required.
