The Rev. N. Susan Brims, Missional Strategist and Superintendent of the East District, announced that Bishop Robert T. Hoshibata intends to appoint the Rev. Paul Hyung Cho as senior pastor of First United Methodist Church in Tempe, AZ, effective July 1, 2021. Rev. Cho currently serves as senior pastor of First United Methodist Church in Tucson, AZ.
We also want to share with you that the Rev. Rosemary Anderson, who currently serves as Associate Director of Congregational Care & Outreach at First United Methodist Church in Tempe, AZ, intends to enter retired status effective July 1, 2021.

Sharon Pajak as pastor of Grace United Methodist Church in Mesa, AZ, effective July 1, 2021. Rev. Pajak currently serves as pastor of Desert Chapel United Methodist Church in Apache Junction, AZ.
