The ministry leadership of the Desert Southwest Conference is shared by over 300 people who serve on our many committees, task forces, teams, and working groups. We have openings on many of our committees and are looking for willing servants to help in these ministries. Your Clergy & Lay Leadership Development Team (responsible for Nominations) has been working with the committees to determine current and future needs. We need your input.
