Summer Camp is Almost Here!

In just over a month, Summer Camp begins! We are so excited to offer Summer Camp at Mingus Mountain and Potosi Pines this year!  We missed seeing all your smiling faces at camp last summer and can’t wait to welcome back our campers, volunteers, and staff!

Mingus Mountain has added two new sessions to the summer schedule. Due to high demand, we have added the 2nd session of Sr Hi Adventure Camp, as well as Night Owls Camp for junior and senior high campers.  Both camps will take place July 5-10.

Some camp sessions are at or near capacity.  Register soon so that your campers are not disappointed!  We have a great summer planned and would love to have your children and youth join us!  To register or learn more about Potosi Pines Summer Camps, click here. Summer Staff Recruitment

Do you love working with children and youth?  Would you enjoy spending time in the beautiful natural setting of camp this summer?  If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!  Consider serving on a camp staff this summer!  We are accepting applications for volunteer summer camp staff at Mingus Mountain and Potosi Pines.  In addition, we are hoping to hire one more male/identifies as male paid intern/counselor to serve at Mingus Mountain. To apply to serve as a volunteer or a paid staff member at Mingus Mountain, click here.  To apply to serve on a  volunteer staff at Potosi Pines, click here.  Mingus Mountain is also recruiting 16 – 18-year-olds to serve as Counselors in Training, providing leadership to Mini and Elementary campers.  Space is limited.  Click here to register your youth to serve as a CIT.

Scholarship Fundraiser

Thank you to all who made our April 22nd scholarship fundraiser a huge success, raising over $21,000!  Many families in our community have been impacted financially by the Covid pandemic, and we are so grateful for the scholarship funds, which will help us get these deserving kids to camp!

Extra thanks to our special guest, Bishop Bob Hoshibata, and Rev. Dan Morley, our MC, as well as everyone who worked hard to make this event a fun night.
