Christmas Blessing

by | Dec 21, 2021 | East District Newsletter, East District Web Page

It has been a challenging year for many of our East District Pastors and Churches. Yet some of the sermons I have been hearing during this advent season have been very inspirational. Through them all there weaves a thread – God can and does act through the unexpected turns of life.

As we approach this Christmas celebration, may the light of Christ shine brightly upon you. May you know how deeply you are loved and valued. May you recognize the wonderful gifts that life has to offer. And for those who are grieving, may the message of Christ with us bring you comfort and peace.

Merry Christmas. May this news permeate the air we breathe, the light has come into the world and nothing, not even a pandemic, will ever over come it.

Peace be with you.
