Potosi Pines Camp partnered with Advent UMC to host a “pop-up camp day” at Advent UMC. We were blessed to have 25 kids register for this free event. And those kids got to do Archery, tie-dye a shirt, make a beaded key chain, play games in the new grass Advent UMC put in their play yard, learn new card games, hear a beautiful telling of the 23rd Psalm, eat snacks, have lunch and play, play, play!! We had kids from Kindergarten through 5th grade and everyone had a great time! Volunteers from Advent UMC as well as Potosi came to help make it all happen. We kept everyone busy from 8 am-4 pm (and even after that for those who stayed to help clean up). Advent UMC has been working hard to be in service to their neighborhood and Potosi Pines Camp was pleased to come help in that effort. It was a great day of ministry and fun and we are so grateful to all who helped make it happen. Enjoy these photos from the day.
