A Tour of the West District

As I journeyed through the West District with church/charge conferences, and worship services; the lyrics of the “Sound of Music” come to my mind with the only change of ‘churches’ instead of ‘hills.’

“The churches are alive with the sound of music…”.

Yes, as I witness the different ministries of the Body of Christ, churches are alive! As you see this video, think about the blessings that have happened in these buildings. It’s not only stain glass windows, steeples, lights, pews, chairs, walls, carpets, tables, kitchens, nails, wood, concrete, brick, and stucco. It is all the things that have been going on in these buildings; lives transformed, baptisms, weddings, confirmations, new members, new commitments, songs of praise, choirs, bell choirs, VBS, Bible Studies and a myriad of ministries that have made disciples of Christ for the transformation of the world. I hope you are blessed by this video. There are a few churches missing that I did not have a chance capture in pictures, but they will be soon in another video. Peace be with you.
