Healing Conference Culture Task Force invites clergy for listening sessions

by | Sep 23, 2022 | Conference Newsletter

The Healing Conference Culture Task Force along with Caitlin Congdon, Chief Officer of the Human Resources department at The General Council on Finance and Administration, are hosting another round of listening sessions. Invitations for appointed clergy to join any of the three listening sessions scheduled for the end of September via Zoom have been emailed on September 23, 2022.

If you are active clergy with an appointment and have not met with Caitlin yet, please check your email to find the invitation. These sessions will help Caitlin learn more about the different experiences serving in the Desert Southwest Conference.

The Healing Conference Culture Task Force, chaired by Rev. Melissa Rynders, East District Superintendent, was established due to the 2021 Annual Conference legislation. Questions about the work or the listening sessions may be directed to Melissa at mrynders@dscumc.org.
