Are you looking to get vaccinated or seeking ways your church can provide vaccination sites? El Mesias United Methodist Church will be hosting vaccination sites every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM for the upcoming months – thanks to the Hispanic Access Foundation and other valuable partnerships.
Recently El Mesias UMC Senior Pastor, Raul Velazquez and his wife Maritza, have been approved by the Hispanic Access Foundation and other valuable partnerships. to receive multiple grants and resources that have allowed them to host multiple successful vaccination sites since last year. The Hispanic Access Foundation is an organization that strives to provide resources, partnerships, and opportunities to Latinos across the country in order to promote connectivity and build an equal society.
As El Mesias continues to help the community, the success that it has seen is nothing short of incredible, as it is one of the top providers of vaccines in the country – out of the 10 grant recipients. In recognition of their efforts, members of El Mesias have been invited to the White House in March of next year.
