How can we make this a Christmas to remember?  With Christmas Day falling on a Sunday this year, many churches are looking to Christmas Eve as a way to reach out to the community to invite them to worship.  We also realize that the increasing age of our congregations and the violence in our communities make it important to have plans in place if medical emergencies or security risks arise.

Register for the free webinar, “Current Practices for Radical Hospitality and Intentional Safety Teams,” on December 1, 2022.

What kinds of topics will we cover?

  • Resources for advertising your Christmas Eve service
  • Preparing your building for guests
  • Preparing your ushers and greeters (in person and online) for the services
  • Intentional plans to have higher guest retention
  • Tips for keeping all of your Christmas Eve worshippers safe and secure

On December 1, 2022, Mountain Sky Conference and the Desert Southwest Conference are hosting a two-part webinar from 9:00-11:00 AM entitled “Welcome your guests on Christmas Eve and beyond: Current Practices for Radical Hospitality and Intentional Safety Teams.”

The webinar begins with guest preparation and retention relating to hospitality for in-person and online worship services. Then, from 10:00-11:00 AM, the webinar will focus on church safety and security teams with guest speaker Rick Hunt, the Mountain Sky Conference’s Safety Team Lead.
