In August, the office of New and Vital Faith will host a virtual training with Marcia McFee called “Come to the Table.” You’ll get ideas and even a full 5-week scripted worship service for September through World Communion Sunday. Each year, I host a 3-day educational worship planning retreat that helps pastors and worship teams cast the vision for their worship plans in the liturgical year to come and learn leadership strategies for offering meaningful and memorable worship experiences to the people they serve. This year, my retreat will be live-streamed from Kansas City, MO on August 13-16, 2023, and I’m drawing the circle wide to invite as many churches as are interested to be present at this online retreat.
