Clergy and Lay Leadership Development provides the opportunity to learn spiritual leadership for the Desert Southwest Conference clergy and laity.

Hispanic Latino Ministry serves the purpose of supporting the development, implementation, and assessment of a plan of action to develop fruitful Hispanic Latino disciples in our communities. Our main goals include strengthening existing ministries, starting new congregations and ministries, and identifying, equipping, and deploying local pastors, lay missioners, lay certified ministers, and other individuals who can serve this mission and ministry. All part of our mission to strengthen God's lesson of grace and equality, by giving Hispanic Latino ministries the tools they need to be spiritual leaders in the community.
Lay Servant Ministries is one of the most significant lay leadership development programs available within The United Methodist connection.
The Native American Ministry serves the purpose of supporting our Native American brothers and sisters through scholarships, donation streams and more.
Spiritual Formation acknowledges Prayer, worship, scripture, and study, all as spiritual disciplines that can deepen your relationship with Christ, invite the Holy Spirit to move you, and find God's grace in your spiritual path.
