New ministry for youth aging out of the foster care system
In response to expressed interest among congregants in the North District and a request from the Children’s Attorney Project, a new ministry is being developed to serve youth aging out of the foster care system. We will be primarily focusing on youth pursuing a college education, so we will collaborate with all UMC congregations in the area, the Department of Family Services, and the university community.
