Introductory Lay Servant Ministries Course at First UMC, Winslow

Lay Servant Ministries presents a broad range of mission and ministry opportunities. Advanced Courses are available after completing the Basic Course, which lays the foundation for servanthood and leadership in mission and ministry. Each course will equip you to lead better and work with others, not only in the church but also in the community and worldwide. This course is the first required course to obtain certification as a Certified Lay Servant. The text “Lay Servant Ministries Basic Course Participants Book” is required reading for this program. The class will meet on February 3, 2023, from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and on February 4, 2023, from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm at the First United Methodist Church of Winslow, 101 East Hillview St., Winslow, AZ 86047.
