Statistical Tables Training Event

January 5, 2017 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am UTC+0

Event Navigation

Oh No, Statistical TablesStatistical Tables

Join us at the Desert Southwest Conference or via live streaming
Presenter: Randy Bowman, Conference Statistician

Participants will receive information on:

• the purpose of the 3 statistical tables that all United Methodist churches across the country have to submit annually;
• how to avoid common table input errors;
• using the EZRA software system to submit 2016 data; and
• much, much more

There will be ample opportunity for questions and answers as well as online demonstrations. This training should be valuable to any church pastor, employee or volunteer that participates in their church’s statistical table submission, especially since it is right before the tables are to be submitted. Participation can be in person or via live streaming.

Please email Sally West at swest@dscumc.org to let us know if you are planning to be in attendance at the Conference Office or joining the workshop via live streaming.

If you’re not able to attend in person, you can join from a PC, Mac, or Linux computer, or on an iOS or Android mobile device at the following link: https://zoom.us/j/959676861 (We recommend using a computer in order to better see the details of the presentation, and you might be prompted to install a Zoom utility on your computer.) Also, if you’re joining remotely, or watching a recording of the training session, here are downloadable handouts that you might want to print out before the presentation:

2017 Memo to Pastors
Church Guide for Ezra: Statistics
Tables I-III

For those who were not able to attend, you can download the handouts above, then watch the archived video of the presentation on YouTube.
