District Finance Training Webinar

To start the New Year, District Superintendent Nancy Cushman will be hosting a series of training webinars for Local Church Administrative Committee chairs and members. Consider joining together as a committee at your church and connect with us remotely or can come to the Conference Center, 1550 E Meadowbrook Ave, Phoenix, AZ, and watch the video segments and connect with us in person to ask questions and have discussion. There will be a time for Q&A with each of the presenters whether you connect remotely or in person. Webinars are free but registration is required. You will receive a link to join the conversation after you register.

- January 28—Single Board Governance with Rev. Nancy Cushman (starts at 7:00 PM)
- February 11—Trustees with Rev. Steve Ziegler, Conference Board of Trustees (starts at 7:00 PM)

The Conference is producing online training resources available on Conference website, https://dscumc.org/initiative/itraining/. These training resources will allow churches the flexibility to train new leaders any time during the year and in different settings. Please let us know if you find these new training resources helpful and what other topics would help your church be good stewards of the many resources God entrusts to us.
